Wilderness Inquiry

I needed a break from grad school in the summer of 2022, so I packed my camera and sleeping bag and headed west to work for a wilderness guide service based in St Paul, Minnesota, called Wilderness Inquiry. WI is a 501c3 non-profit organization that runs guided adventures across the United States with a mission to make the outdoors accessible and enjoyable for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. 

I was hired for and sent on extended trips in national parks, expeditions into the backcountry, and short day trips around the Twin Cities themselves, to capture images along the way for the Wilderness Inquiry marketing team. I am very fortunate to have been present for many individuals' first-time camping, as well as able to be a part of adaptive trips for those with disabilities who otherwise wouldn't be able to experience the outdoors.
